The Akron Firefighters Credit Union (AFCU) has been serving firefighters and their families for over 72 years. When AFCU received approval to expand their charter to include all first responders; their CEO, Linda Williams, contacted CUpromos.com. Together a plan was devised that would appeal to their newly expanded market while reenergizing their staff, board members, and existing members to the new possibilities this presented their credit union.
CUpromos.com introduced a complete rebranding initiative which started with a new logo that had broader market appeal, and included new banners, staff/board member apparel and name badges, print material, and a branch make-over that reflected the new brand. These one-time investments continue to draw attention and generate a return on investment.
